1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as they will be processed for delivery.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- Go to "My Orders" section in your account
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" button
- Provide a reason for cancellation (optional)
- Confirm the cancellation
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Damaged or leaking product packaging
- Expired products delivered
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from the order
- Ice cream or frozen items delivered in unusable condition
- Products spoiled during delivery
- Duplicate payment or failed payment with amount deducted
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products already opened or consumed
- Items returned without original packaging
- Perishable grocery products after delivery acceptance
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Melted frozen products not reported immediately at delivery
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- UPI refunds usually reflect within 2-5 business days
- Bank/card refunds may take 5-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery refunds may require bank account details
- You will receive refund confirmation through email or SMS
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged, leaking, expired, or spoiled grocery items:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Do not consume the affected product
- Keep the original packaging for verification
- Refund or replacement will be processed after review
7. Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive incorrect grocery items:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Share product photos with support team
- Unused wrong items may be picked up if required
- Correct products or refund will be provided based on availability
- No additional delivery charge will apply
8. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment source including UPI, debit card, credit card, wallet, or bank account. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
9. Partial Refunds
In case of partial order issues (e.g., some items damaged), refund will be processed only for the affected items. The remaining items will be considered as delivered and accepted.
10. Perishable & Frozen Products
Certain items such as ice cream, cold beverages, dairy products, and juices are temperature-sensitive products.
- Please check such items immediately at delivery
- Issues must be reported instantly or within 1 hour
- Flashdrop is not responsible for spoilage caused after delivery acceptance
- Customers should store products properly after delivery
10. Cancellation by Flashdrop
Flashdrop reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product becomes unavailable or out of stock
- Delivery location is outside serviceable area
- Extreme weather or operational issues affect delivery
- Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
- Bulk ordering of restricted stock items
- Technical pricing or inventory errors
In such cases, full refund will be processed automatically.
